My name is Mandy ! I have over 16 years of caregiving experience and truly care about the well-being of every person I work with. I have professional experience supporting clients with dementia, multiple sclerosis, and other serious health conditions, always with patience, compassion, and respect. I also have a Therapist Certificate and a certification in nutrition. I help with daily care, meaningful activities, meal preparation, and healthy routines. I am especially proud of the success I have had helping clients improve their quality of life, including those who needed support with healthy weight loss. For four years, I cared for one client and helped maintain daily structure, mental engagement, and emotional well-being through thoughtful activities and consistent support.
