About Manasa

Hello! My name is Manasa! I am currently a medical/MBA student in South Jersey finishing up my final year in my 5-year DO/MBA program! Upon graduation, I will be pursuing a speciality in Internal Medicine, specifically Geriatrics. A little bit about my background: I was born and raised in NJ and have always been a Jersey girl! I am Indian, specifically South Indian from Bangalore. I am a native English and Kannada speaker as well as can speak Spanish (advanced) and Korean (intermediate). I have a Bachelor's in Biology and Psychology as well as a Master's in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University (NB). I worked as an EMT and CPR/First Aid Instructor in Jersey for over 10 years. I'm a mom to 3 boys: 8-year-old German shepherd dog, 3-year-old Jindo dog, 7-year-old domestic long hair cat. I love animals! My hobbies include cooking, hiking, lifting, and reading! I provided part-time childcare, senior care, pet care, and K-12 tutoring to several families for over 15 years.
