About Mallory

As a compassionate and experienced caregiver with three years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My background as a UTMB Occupational Therapy student has given me the skills to adapt activities to each child's unique abilities. I strive to create a patient, creative, and friendly environment, ensuring children feel comfortable and supported. Open communication with parents is essential to me. I prefer verbal updates at pick-up but am flexible based on parental preferences. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules that are communicated to me. I enjoy a variety of activities that cater to children's interests (board games, crafts, hide-n-seek, etc.). I'm available to care for 1-3 children and can assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have my Basic Life Support (CPR + additional life-saving techniques) certification, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care.
