I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I provide transportation, hospice services, and personal care. I also offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
