About Mallory

I am currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician, an autism therapist tech, and have LOVED working with the autism community, especially with kiddos! I started this journey when I worked at summer camps for a few years, where I lead more than 60 children each day. I have experience coming up with creative activities, supervising multiple children, empathizing with children's struggles and needs, and have personal education on ADHD, autism, and other developmental disabilities or delays. I am a fast and eager learner, so tutoring is also something I can help with. With my degree and experience I would describe myself as empathetic, caring, patient, and understanding. Many describe me as the calm in the storm. My approach is naturalistic and genuine, I meet the kids where they are at and believe choices and autonomy are empowering! And I love animals, outdoors, and games.
