About Mallory

It is with pleasure that I provide my highest recommendation for Mallory. She was a cherished part of our family from 2019 through 2023, caring for our three young daughters. Mallory also came a few times in 2024 when home visiting on break from College. Mallory possesses a wonderful combination of a sweet, calm demeanor and steadfast reliability. She cared for our girls with genuine kindness, demonstrating remarkable patience and understanding with our youngest, who has behavioral challenges. Managing two children in diapers at the time was no small task, yet Mallory handled it all with grace and a positive attitude. Her professionalism was exceptional. In four years, she was never once late—in fact, she was consistently a few minutes early. She never missed a scheduled shift without ample advance notice, making her the most reliable caregiver we have ever employed. We trusted her completely. Beyond her duties, Mallory was a positive role model for our daughters. Her integrity and gentle nature are a testament to her wonderful character. Our entire family adored her, and we would have continued to employ her indefinitely if her educational path had not taken her away. We miss her dearly but are so excited for her future.
