About Mallory

As the oldest child in my family, I assumed a role of responsibility at a young age, looking after my siblings as well as the kids of family friends all throughout my childhood. I am 19 years old and graduated high school in 2024, with honors and I have been paid to babysit since I was 13, which has given me tons of experience. Ive also been a lifeguard/head lifeguard at the Kingsport Aquatic Center and have been a teacher aid for a kindy classroom before, as I absolutely love working with kids. I am known for being kind, understanding, optimistic, and approachable. I always follow the parents' flow in terms of parenting style and household rules to ensure consistency and comfort for the entire family. I love the outdoors, painting, watching movies, reading, and I'll gladly partake in whatever the kids like! I have experience caring for children ages 5 months-13 years old and am comfortable looking after up to two children at a time! Additionally, I have my own car and love pets!
