I was a RBT for a year and had lots of experience working with special needs children! I own a few of my own businesses being a party planning business, as well as a bounce house business and I'm very organized as well as very fun!! Mallory was an absolute joy to have as our nanny. She is incredible with kids, engaging, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. She always found creative ways to play with them while also making sure things around the house got done. What I appreciated most was how well she listened and took feedback, always making sure our preferences and routines were followed. Any family would be lucky to have her!
