With 9 years of experience as a teacher, I specialize in creating personalized support plans, including Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe every student has unique potential and deserves a tailored approach. By utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions, I adapt my methods to fit your specific learning style. I prioritize open communication with families to build trust and ensure we are working toward clear, achievable goals.
