We were in between caretakers needing full-time help with our 4 kids and Mallory jumped right in. She is truly a "roll up your sleeve" type of caregiver - exactly what busy working moms need. She is engaging and incredibly positive with every task that is given to her. As she is a mother herself, she really understands the full scope of what it means to be a caregiver (beyond just watching kids), and we would have hired her in a heartbeat - we ended up going with an Au Pair at the last minute only because our agency fees had already been paid. I am confident she will find an outstanding family to work with given her diligence and skill with kids.
