Malka currently works as a caregiver to our son who has TBI. He's in his mid 40s. The duties that she has are daily hygiene, dressing, preparing and assisting with meals. She does light workouts and other things to entertain him. All of the tasks she is assigned to do, she does very well and with care, compassion and with a little humor thrown in for good measure.
