About Maliyah

Hi! My name is Maliyah , and I am an 18-year-old college student at Grossmont College. As the oldest of three siblings, I have spent much of my life caring for younger children and understand the importance of patience, communication, and consistency. Caregiving is a passion of mine that inspired me to pursue a nursing career. I have experience caring for children of all ages through family, friends, and the nursery at my church. I also help care for my great-aunt with Parkinson's disease. I earned my Medical Assistant Certification through Helix Charter High School, giving me valuable healthcare knowledge and experience working responsibly with others. I offer infant and toddler care, homework help, meal preparation, transportation, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and light housekeeping. I am dependable, attentive, and committed to creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow.
