About Malissa

Caring for others has never been just a job for me, it's the work I feel called to do. I have over 10 years of experience as a caregiver, including leadership experience as a Lead CNA in hospice. My passion is providing compassionate, dignified support during some of life's most vulnerable and sacred moments. I specialize in end-of-life care, companionship, memory care, personal care, and emotional support for both clients and their families. I'm known for my calm presence, patience, and ability to create a comforting environment during difficult transitions and changing health conditions. I believe caregiving should always feel personal. I take time to truly know the people I care for - their routines, stories, preferences, and what brings them comfort and peace. I am a licensed CNA, CPR and First Aid certified and Death Doula certified. I don't just want my clients to feel cared for - I want them to feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued.
