I have 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, ages 10-19 years. I am extremely passionate about providing quality care for children on the spectrum and hope my qualifications align with your needs. As a special education Instructor, I worked one-on-one with students on the spectrum in a school setting. I have worked with children who have epilepsy, food allergies, and GI issues. I am experienced in remaining calm in stressful situations children go through using ABA and keeping self-injurious and aggressive behavior from escalating.
