About Malinda

As a child at heart, I love finding creative activities and games to stay active and change things up. I have nannied a family from 5 months to three years on and off. I have also helped out in a kindergarten classroom with reading and writing. I am CPR, AED and First Aid certified. I am Certified Recreational Therapy Specialist and worked at the National Sports Center for the Disabled for four years helping as a supervisor and behavioral lead. I have worked with all sorts of individuals from autism spectrum to physically disabled. This experience has helped me to think outside of the box in my approach to everything. Helping others grow and succeed is an amazing feeling. I want to be a support and resource for any children or people I work with. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science.
