About Malincy

Working part-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home has given me meaningful hands-on experience caring for elderly residents with patience, respect, and compassion. I assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, while also monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff. My role has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with residents and families, and work effectively. Most importantly, this experience has strengthened my commitment to providing safe, dignified, and supportive care to individuals who need our help every day.
