Unfortunately, things did not work out with Malia. She agreed to pick up our child from school and take him to his afterschool program once a week for the whole school year. She cancelled about 1.5 hours before the first pickup due to an issue with her own child. The following week, we texted her the night before to confirm that she could pickup. She didn't respond until I called her mid-morning the next day, but she did text to say that she could pickup. Despite her text, however, she failed to show up at pickup and did not respond to texts as we tried to get ahold of her. She also was not very responsive by email when we communicated to make arrangements. We would not recommend working with her.
