About Malia

Hello! My name is Malia, and I am a graduate student at Boston College pursuing a Master's of Social Work. Prior to returning to graduate school, I was a special education teacher and cross country/ track coach for 5th-12th graders for 2 years. I obtained both my Bachelors degree and my Masters in Education from the University of Virginia. I love working with and supporting the growth of children and adolescents as a teacher, children's ministry volunteer, and babysitter. I have babysat children from 6mo through 12 years old and love playing with and caring for babies and children of all ages. I currently regularly babysit for friends and friends of friends 3-5 times a month and am looking to babysit more while I am on summer break. I am open to babysitting for one time or regularly for new families this summer. I am CPR and first aid certified.
