I am a compassionate, imaginative, and observant individual pursuing a career in education and musical theatre. Driven by a lifelong calling to work with children, I find inspiration in their honesty and joy. My experience includes years of childcare for siblings, including those with special needs, and serving as a sleepaway camp counselor for ages 7-15, where I developed strong skills in adaptability, inclusivity, and crisis management. As a full-time college student, I seek a flexible role that accommodates your academic and rehearsal schedule. I bring unique strengths through my neurodivergence and being half-deaf, which have fostered resilience, empathy, and a creative, inclusive approach to problem-solving. My core skills include child development, creative activity design, and active First Aid/CPR certification. I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation while continuing my own journey of growth.
