Malgorzata is the best! We hired her as back-up care when our full-time nanny was out of town and she has become our go-to nanny for back-up care needs. Malgorzata is very loving and caring with my 13 month old daughter. She tells my daughter how much she loves her and you just don't experience with back-up care. Malgorzata has been our back-up nanny for 9+ months and we've hired her approximately 8 times. She is very reliable and good at communication.
