I'm a compassionate caregiver with three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, and I find immense satisfaction in promoting their well-being and independence. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines and handling confusion or agitation. I can de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I have some college experience and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. Ultimately, I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to you and your family.
