For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to enriching the lives of adults and seniors through compassionate care. My journey began with a deep-seated desire to support well-being and independence, fueled by positive experiences in previous roles. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, live-in support, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also skilled in medical management and mobility assistance. I understand the importance of clear communication, offering written daily reports and verbal updates, always aligning with your preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is essential to building a strong connection with those I care for. With experience in memory care, I can de-escalate stressful situations, redirect attention, and incorporate engaging activities. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. My approach is patient, calm, professional, and detail-oriented.
