About Malai

Hi there! My name is Malai, and I'm a college student studying Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. I have over five years of informal babysitting experience, with a majority of it being for family friends and relatives. I love learning new things and teaching, so I absolutely do not mind giving homework help. I also don't mind helping out around the house and completing light housework during downtime. Standing still has never been one of my strengths! While babysitting, I always make it a goal to cultivate an educational and creative environment. I typically achieve this through age-appropriate crafts, imaginative play, and storytelling. I also believe that getting active is essential for growing bodies, so I always encourage and participate in outdoor play. In my free time I love to take sewing lessons, roller-skate, and catch up on my favorite books and shows. I look forward to meeting you!
