Malachi is great. He definitely meets kids where they are and is quick to find any way he can to get the fun started. His communication is top notch, knowing when to actually reach out vs checking notes we left and solving issues while letting us enjoy our dates. Most importantly, our kids always ask when they can see Malachi again because of how fun he is and they love his games.
