About Mak

I have 3 years of experience serving as a live-in caretaker for an elderly friend. I also have nearly 4 years of patient advocate experience (which was heavily based in nursing support), and currently work as a cardiac monitor technician. Therefore, I have fairly extensive medical knowledge and am very comfortable helping take care of people. My live-in experience involved cleaning and organzing, preparing meals, offering general companionship, running errands, pet care, and transportation. I also helped this person recover from multiple surgeries, which included physical assists and wound care. Cooking is a hobby and I have in depth knowledge of nutrition. I pride myself in my ability to anticipate the needs of others, and serve in someone's best interest. I am easy to talk to, very communicative, flexible, nonjudgemental, and am enthusiastic to help and support others. I understand that trust is vital and I am happy to help you and your family however you best see fit.
