About Makeyla

Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I assess your unique learning style by actively observing how you interact with new material, then adapt my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussions. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect the material to your personal interests to keep you engaged. I believe clear communication with both you and your parents is essential to build trust and track your progress effectively. Witnessing your "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping you achieve your academic goals and watching your confidence grow.
