About Makenzie

As a dedicated educator with a Master's in Leadership and Christian Counseling and a Bachelor's in Christian Education, I bring a unique blend of academic expertise and compassionate guidance to the role of a tutor. With two years of experience teaching middle and high school students in a private Christian school, I've developed a passion for creating engaging and supportive learning environments. I'm excited to work with students who need extra support, particularly in English through middle school level, where I feel most confident. I'm also eager to explore math with younger students and am committed to learning alongside my students to make learning fun and accessible. I'm looking forward to bringing my skills and experience to a tutoring role and helping students achieve academic success.
