About Makenzie

I am a compassionate, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, and fun individual who loves working with children and people! I have a strong work ethic, responsibility and punctuality are very important to me. I have worked all ages ranging from 0-18, I am CPR certified and do not smoke. I love going outside, music, hiking, snowboarding, playing with my dogs, and hanging out with family. I have been working with kids since I was 12 and started babysitting then shifted into the restaurant industry which was mainly family friendly establishments. I previously worked as a Lead Advocate and providing childcare was one of the biggest highlights. I love doing activities with kids like arts and crafts, baking, art, and learning activities. I now work as a Youth Development Specialist at a treatment center for at risk youth. I love creating groups including different art projects, self-care, going outside/hiking/nature walks/outside games, self-empowerment, learning activities, and team building.
