Makenna has been with us for about 30 hours a week for the past 9 months, so I can say from plenty of experience that she is truly so wonderful with our 19 month old son. She is always on time and very quick to respond. Our son loves her and it is so comforting to know he is well cared for while we're working. She adapts well to changes, keeps him on his schedule, & has always shown us all that she's someone to be trusted. Energetic, kind, patient, firm, engaged - everything we could have asked for. We were initially looking for someone with more experience, but we had a really good feeling about her from the start, & after some great interviews, we decided to hire her. We are so glad we did. She has proved those instincts of ours right every day by how she consistently, lovingly cares for our son. I wrote such a long & glowing review that there's only room for a third of it here, so in summary of everything you can't see here - 10/10 recommend. Happy to answer questions & share more!
