About Makenna

As a childcare provider with over seven years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My patient and creative nature allows me to engage children in imaginative and educational activities, making each day a fun and enriching experience. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, using their preferred method to keep them informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. My expertise lies in caring for children between the ages of 0 and 11, with a maximum of three children at a time. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR, and have my bachelors degree in Child Development from Cal Poly! Beyond providing care, I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
