About Makenna

Hi! I've dedicated the last 15 years to caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers when babysitting and nannying. My graduate degree is a Master's of Educational Leadership (I graduate this Spring) and current bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education PreK-4 and endorsements in STEM K-12 and Library Media K-12. With my degree and teaching experience alongside babysitting and nannying for many years, it has provided me with a strong foundation! I am looking to leave the teaching profession to nanny full-time while I finish my master's and head into my doctorate degree (online). I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and any pets and happy to assist with cooking, cleaning/housekeeping, carpooling, travel, etc. I'm very patient, creative, kind, and always maintain open communication with parents.
