I recently graduated with a dual degree in behavioral science and psychology with a concentration in early childhood education I found my passion and future while working in a behavioral development center designed to assist children with intellectual and developmental needs in their everyday lives and future educational journey. I worked full time at the child development center as a caregiver and lead teacher in two classrooms working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This institution allowed me the incredible experience of analyzing behavior, recording data, and creating interventions for children with behavioral disorders. In addition to my experience as a caregiver and behavioral interventionist at a collegiate level, I have knowledge from my previous years I spent nannying and learning how to work with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities throughout the summers I attended college.
