Pam took great care of my 92 year old father for 10 weeks while our usual caregiver was away On top of being a caregiver with a wealth of experience, she was outstanding in many other ways. She is warm, gentle, cheerful, patient, understanding, responsible and knowledgeable. She treated my dad who has dementia with the utmost dignity and respect. Even with so many years of experience, she was curious and open to learning. With my dad's dementia, we tried to keep things as consistent as possible and she was very flexible and accommodating. She was eager to learn how to prepare my dad's favorite dishes as well as cater to his specific preferences and needs. I would highly recommend her would definitely hire her again if we need her in the future.
