Hi! My name is Makayla and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently in college studying to become a nurse. I have been babysitting for almost 4 years now and also work as a camp counselor and at a daycare center during the summer. This has given me the opportunity to work with kids of all ages as young as 3 months old to as old as 12 years old. Throughout these experiences I realized that I enjoy working with children. It has also taught me how to deal with children of all ages. I am patient , creative, fun and compassionate but also very responsible. I love spending time outside going on walks or finding fun interactive things for the children to do. I am willing to help with anything you need when it comes to the kids and just want to make your life easier. I totally understand how uncomfortable it might be to go out for the first time so I will be sure to send updates during the duration of our time together to ease any anxieties.

She kept things organized, was great at communicating with us, and made sure the kids were engaged, whether through play, learning, or just having fun.
