In my roles as a Home Health Care Aide and Behavioral Health Technician, I was responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments to support client health and well-being. I performed routine cleaning and light housekeeping duties, including disinfecting high-touch surfaces, organizing living and common areas, laundering linens, and properly disposing of waste. I ensured that client rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces met cleanliness and safety standards at all times. In behavioral health settings, I followed infection-control and safety protocols by maintaining organized therapeutic spaces, sanitizing equipment and activity areas, and ensuring environments were free of hazards. I supported cleanliness as part of daily routines to promote structure, comfort, and emotional stability for clients. Across both roles, I consistently upheld confidentiality, followed hygiene and safety guidelines, and maintained environments that were welcoming, orderly, and conducive to care.
