The family I currently work for hired Makayla as my assistant during school breaks to help bring ease to our days, as the kids are very active in sports and extra curricular activities. Makayla is wonderful. When she'd arrive I'd hand her a list of what I needed from her to have a successful day. She's helped with different tasks depending on what was needed that particular day. She does best with clear instructions, if you're particular about having things done a certain way. The kids I nanny love Makayla, and I'm sure yours will too!
