Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I assess each student's unique learning style by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material. When concepts become challenging, I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. Clear communication with both students and parents remains essential to my approach, as it ensures we stay aligned on progress and expectations. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe environment during our sessions at the library. Watching a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work, and I truly look forward to helping your child shine.
