About Makayla

Hi I'm Makayla! I am playful, energetic and patient. As the oldest child of my siblings, caregiving has always come natural to me. So of course growing up my first job was babysitting. My childcare experience expands from infants all the way up to preteens. I have had the opportunity to be a lead teacher to a class of infants. I have also been part of a family as a nanny and I was blessed to be able to watch them grow until they started grade school. While being a nanny to the family I was able to take the kids to my church where I volunteered to teach bible study classes to children. As a daycare teacher I have been CPR and First Aid certified. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my dog and spending lots of time with my family. I'm looking forward to finding a great family that hopefully I get to work with long-term.
