About Makayla

We were incredibly lucky to have Makayla care for our son throughout his first year and beyond. From the very beginning, she was exceptional—especially as first-time parents with no prior experience hiring a nanny. Makayla guided us through the process, made everything feel easy and reassuring, and immediately put me at ease during a very anxious time. Makayla is consistently reliable, punctual, patient, and thoughtful, but what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares. She supported our son’s physical, emotional, and developmental growth, regularly sharing insight into milestones and meaningful ways to engage with him. If I ever had a concern, she listened carefully, drew on her experience, did research when needed, and came back with thoughtful plans and guidance. She genuinely made me a better, more confident mom. She truly felt like part of our family, and that hasn’t changed—despite the fact that we moved away from the Orlando area three years ago, she still stays in touch with us. That speaks volumes about the genuine care and connection she builds with the families she works with. She even traveled to Texas to help us through a major transition. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Makayla. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
