About Makayla

I'd describe my personality as responsible, patient, and engaging. I focus on keeping kids safe while also making sure they're having fun and staying involved. I like working with kids because I like working with kids because every day is different, and I enjoy turning small moments into fun, learning experiences while being a positive role model. I'm looking for a job that lets me work with kids, build trust with families, and create a safe and fun environment. I started working with kids when I was young, and I have five younger siblings, so caring for children has always come naturally to me I'm very passionate and creative, and I always encourage kids to express their ideas. I like making sure they feel heard, supported, and confident in what they come up with. I am CPR certified, and I remain calm and confident in high-pressure or unexpected situations. If something doesn't go as planned, I stay focused, think clearly, and quickly adjust to find a safe and effective solution.
