About Makayla

I am a mental health professional and am currently employed at RWJBH. My program consists of working with troubled youth. Prior to that, I have worked for Rutgers UBHC where I also specialized in handling youth who were mentally ill as well as on the spectrum. I also worked at a trampoline park as a party host my first year of college and worked very closely with the children. Despite my background, I am passionate about helping those around me and spreading positivity and love. I am CPR/BLS certified, Nurtured Heart certified, and Crisis Prevention certified as well. I am adaptable, hardworking, and determined about everything I apply myself to. I guarantee that any child that is in my care is well taken care of, their needs are met, and their boundaries/safety are top priority. I am not only here for the child, but for you as parents as well. :)
