Makayla worked for my family from Feb-April for a re-occurring job. She was friendly, punctual, and communicative for the most part. She was always pleasant with my child and on-time with the exceptions of traffic accidents (not of her doing). My only two complaints are that she did not inform me ahead of time that she would not be able available for spring break week due to a family trip, which was likely pre-planned and that she quit her job with me last minute (same day) for a new position which of course is an inconvenience to any family.
