Hi! My name is MaKayla and I am 24 years old. I am a registered behavioral technician and have been providing exceptional ABA services for children with autism, for the last five years. I am currently employed for two different ABA agencies, Positive Synergy and Butterfly Effects. My role as an RBT involves implementing functional communication practices, reinforcing positive behaviors, providing coping mechanisms in naturally occurring situations, and providing support to both my kiddos and their families! In addition to this, I have experience as a direct care professional and have been hired as long term babysitter for a few families in the past. Due to my previous kiddos growing up and finally making it to kindergarten, I have more availability and am in searching for a long term babysitting opportunity! Makayla is absolutely wonderful. The kids love her, she does crafts, plays outside and is very patient. She was flexible with last minute changes to our work schedules and always sent updates on the kids. She helped with getting the house tidy when we clearly lost control with 2 kids and 2 full time jobs! A saint! Highly recommend.
