About Makayla

Hi! My name is Makayla, and I am an upcoming senior at Appalachian State University on the pre-occupational therapy path. I have two summers of babysitting experience and have also completed observation hours in the pediatric occupational therapy field, which has helped me become very comfortable working with children of all ages. I am CPR and AED certified, dependable, patient, and truly love spending time with kids. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment while also helping families however I can. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and cooking if needed. My availability for this summer is through July 31st. I will be unavailable on the following dates due to commitments in Boone: May 22-24 June 11-16 July 10-18 July 20-25 I would love the opportunity to help your family this summer!
