My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting children's lives. My approach to childcare is centered around patience and a friendly demeanor, creating a safe and comfortable environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the lead of the parents.
