About Makaria

Hi! I am Makaria! I am a freshman at Missouri State University studying nursing. I have always loved working with kids and hope to eventually become a family nurse practitioner. I have worked with kids aged 7-14 as an overnight girl scout camp counselor, I have also worked with kids aged 3-7 as an assistant dance teacher. I am hoping to be a reoccurring date night or after school sitter as a part time job while I'm in school. I don't have my own car but, do have an electric bike and I am always punctual and on time! I am available any day of the week. MF after 2 p. m, W after 4 p. m, and TuThu after 1 p.m. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which creates a chill and welcoming environment for children to thrive. My friendly nature and chill attitude make me approachable and relatable to children of all ages. When it comes to communication, I prioritize transparency and open dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and adapt to the parents' preferred communication method.
