About Makaila

Hi my name is Makaila, I'm an education major at BGSU Fostering children's growth and development is my true passion, and I have dedicated the past five years to making a positive impact on the lives of the little ones I care for. My approach is defined by a patient, calm, and creative nature that helps children feel secure and engaged. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from toddlers to pre-teens. My background includes Early Child Development coursework, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I follow your preferred communication method to ensure you stay updated on your child's day. I am also very comfortable enforcing your established household rules. Whether we are playing board games or enjoying outdoor sports, I love helping children learn and explore. I look forward to becoming a supportive part of your family's daily life.
