About Makaela

Making a positive impact on children's lives through caregiving is my passion. My four years of experience working with children ages 4 and up have been incredibly rewarding. I have some college experience and hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I provide parents with daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular communication via text or phone call. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. My calm and creative personality allows me to connect with children, and I would love to bring my patience and experience to your family.
