About Makaelah

I have been working in childcare for nearly 7 years, beginning in 2020. Throughout my experience, I have worked in early childhood education, helping children learn, grow, and develop in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. I have experience managing classrooms, creating engaging activities, maintaining daily routines, and supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development. I am patient, dependable, caring, and passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives. Working in childcare has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. I take pride in building trusting relationships with both children and their families while making sure every child feels safe, supported, and valued.
