About Maizie

I have experience working with children, neurotypical and neurodivergent. I have worked in many settings from babysitting/nannying, summer camps, schools and SPED programs, to therapeutic programs. These experiences have taught me one thing, every kid is unique and they deserve to have that uniqueness embraced and encouraged. My priority above all else is always safety. Your child's physical, emotional and mental safety will always come first above all else. I'd describe my personality as creative, enthusiastic, and passionate. In my spare time, I like to play with my chocolate lab, Percy. I love to read and spend as much time outside hiking, camping, swimming or finding fun new places to explore. My skills include teaching emotional regulation and coping skills, can come up with endless activities your kids will enjoy, and creating a safe environment for any child to thrive in.
